Ads may be submitted in several different formats.

1. A high resolution PDF file at 100%
2. A Quark Xpress or InDesign document with all fonts and images included.
3. An Adobe Illustrator or Freehand EPS file, with all fonts converted to outlines.
4. A Photoshop TIFF file at 100% with minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Note: Ads may be black and white or 2-color. Colors available for ads are black and red (PMS 186). Images, including logos, should be a high resolution document (at least 300 dpi). Please do not send low resolution files from an Internet Web site.

Scarlet Contributor:
Quarter-page ad
Final Size is 3.75" x 4.75"

Crimson Contributor:
Half-page ad
Final Size is 7.625" x 4.75"

Garnet and Ruby Contributor:
Full-page ad
Final Size is 7.625" x 10.125"
