Chances "R" Catering is the exclusive caterer of the Nebraska Champions Club. They offer complete menu planning with an endless selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres, entrees and desserts, all served by a courteous and experienced staff. Chances "R" Catering also provides all bar service. For cash bars, event requests must be made at least one month in advance. All bar service is provided by Chances "R", the exclusive caterer of the Nebraska Champions Club. They offer a variety of options to accommodate every special event's needs.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln requires that all events requesting bar service on university property must submit an Alcohol Beverage Service Request Form no later than 40 days prior to the event. This form can be obtained and completed with the assistance of the Nebraska Champions Club director of building activities. The individual signing this form must be in attendance at the event for its duration.

In no event shall alcoholic beverages be served before 12 noon or after 12 midnight Monday through Friday. Bar service on Saturdays must be after 10 a.m. and end no later than 12:30 a.m. Sunday bar service must begin after 12 noon and end no later than 10 p.m. 

At least 75% of the guests in attendance must be age 21 or over. The host may be required to take special measures to ensure no minors are served alcoholic beverages, such as wristbands for those over 21 and additional paid security. 

Alcohol service is subject to university policy and the laws of the State of Nebraska and the City of Lincoln.
 
Chances "R" Catering requires a 72-hour guarantee on the guest count. If the event is Monday through Wednesday, the guarantee is due by 4 p.m. on the Friday prior to the event. The guarantee is the minimum for which the customer will be billed. The customer will be billed for the actual number of guests if it exceeds the guarantee number. Chances "R" can provide food preparation for approximately 5% over the guarantee. If the customer fails to give a guarantee number, the customer will be billed for the original estimated count.

No food may be removed from the Nebraska Champions Club at the end of an event. Leftover food remains the property of Chances "R" Catering.

Linen service is inclusive with your food cost from Chances "R" Catering. Specialty linens may be ordered through the Nebraska Champions Club Director of Building Activities at an additional cost.

There will be an 18% service charge and 7% sales tax added to all food and beverage purchases.

All billings and contracts will come directly from the Nebraska Champions Club.
